The much-hyped kadaif is finally at Rūta! Introducing our newest product – white chocolate with kadayif and pistachios.

Kadayif is a very thin, strand-like dough that is roasted. It is made solely from wheat flour and water, and most commonly used in desserts in Turkey and the Middle East. This dough does not have a distinctive flavour of its own, so it blends in perfectly with other ingredients for a contrastive texture.

Small chocolates in new flavour – an excellent combination of sweetness and crispiness. White chocolate is known for its creamy texture, while pistachios are known for their fragrant aroma. The unique feature of the product is the kadayif, adding a touch of uniqueness and crispiness with its texture.
