Kadayif is a very thin, strand-like dough that is roasted. It is made solely from wheat flour and water, and most commonly used in desserts in Turkey and the Middle East. This dough does not have a distinctive flavour of its own, so it blends in perfectly with other ingredients for a contrastive texture.
Small chocolates in new flavour – an excellent combination of sweetness and crispiness. White chocolate is known for its creamy texture, while pistachios are known for their fragrant aroma.
