The chocolate factory Rūta presents freeze-dried blueberries covered in dark chocolate. The freeze-dried blueberries are fluffy and crisp whilst retaining the same shape, volume, and colour, as well as almost all of their vitamins, and preserving their aroma and flavour.
With 70% cocoa and natural sweeteners (stevia and maltitol), the chocolate is an excellent choice for people who care about their health. The chocolate is sugar free and is high in fibre, so it’s suitable for people with diabetes.

Ingredients: chocolate with sweeteners 89 % (cocoa mass, fibre (dextrin, inulin, oligofructose), sweetener maltitol, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier SOY lecithin, sweetener steviol glycosides, natural vanilla flavouring), freeze-dried blueberries (10 %), thickener acacia gum, flavouring. Chocolate contains 70 % dry cocoa solids minimum. Chocolate Origin: EU and non-EU. Contains naturally occurring sugars. Excessive consumption may induce laxative effects.
