The confectionery “Rūta“, in collaboration with the artist Julia Janus, have produced two unique chocolate collections. Inspired by the magnificent love story of the royal couple Sigismund Augustus and Barbara Radziwiłł, the chocolate collections are a taste of extraordinary history, as well as the Italian Renaissance culture, traditions and cuisine.
The collection contains white chocolate-coated hazelnuts with oranges and sea salt – sweets of a striking resemblance to pearls. Ingredients: white chocolate 61 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier SOY lecithin, vanilla), HAZELNUTS (36 %), orange peel granules 2 % (orange peel, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, dextrose), glazing agents (tapioca starch, shellac), sea salt (0.3 %), natural flavouring. Chocolate origin: EU and non-EU.
