Hot dark chocolate (55%) with marshmallows “Chocolate bubbles“, 110 g

Ingredients: chocolate 75 % (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), marshmallows 18 % (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, dextrose, corn starch, flavouring vanillin, colours (E 100, E 162)), white chocolate 2 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier SOY lecithin, vanilla extract), MILK chocolate 1.7 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, WHEY powder, MILK fat, emulsifiers (SOY lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), flavouring vanillin), raspberry granules 0.9 % (glucose syrup, sugar, raspberries (20 %), thickener sodium alginate), cocoa butter, Ruby chocolate 0.7 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier SOY lecithin, acid (citric acid), natural vanilla flavouring), rice crisps (rice flour (87 %), sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed), salt, raising agent sodium carbonate), glazing agents (tapioca starch, shellac). HIGH FIBRE. Chocolate contains 55 % dry cocoa solids minimum. MILK chocolate contains 32.1 % dry cocoa solids minimum, dry MILK solids: 14.7 % minimum. Ruby chocolate contains 41.8 % dry cocoa solids minimum. Chocolate origin: EU and non-EU.
Recommendation: put the chocolate bubble in the cup, pour hot MILK (70–90 °C), stir well and enjoy!
